Georgetown University Medical Students on their way to Somoto

After a trial run in 2015, Georgetown University has endorsed a delegation of medical students to spend one month working at the Juan Brenes Hospital in Somoto, Nicaragua this summer. Doctors and medical students from Georgetown University, surgeons and family practice residents from Merced and the whole medical staff of the Juan Brenes Hospital in Somoto, will in unison to educate and learn from each other. The medical delegation will run from June 25 – July 22, 2016.
